From lying on your belly, bend your knees, reach behind you, and grab your ankles. Gently press your feet into your hands to lift yourself up. Rock easily forward and back on your belly. Hang here for five long, deep breaths, then relax back down to lie on your belly. Rest for a few moments and repeat.
